What is 'spiritual artwork'?

I have always had an interest in art, especially art that is created for particular people or places. My interest in spiritual artwork was really kindled through participation in a meditation group! The group's participants were united in a common desire to develop in ways that would enhance their intuition and creativity. In my case, intuition and creativity began to express themselves through my artwork.
I became more attuned to the patterns and colours around me when I was out walking and also to the individual needs of people around me to express their inner selves through using and enjoying personal items that had been created expressly for them, items that helped them to be in tune with their own spiritual nature. These included everyday pieces like headbands and bags as well as more deeply contemplative creations like quilts and silk throws.

When I think about 'spiritual artwork' I think of objects that are unique and special. They can be unique and special to a particular person - and that is why I love to create items for people that allow me to 'tune in' and create something that is a little bit different.
Spiritual artwork also suggests to me that the artwork resonates with the person for whom it is created to uplift and inspire them. That is my aim for the work that I create on commission.
My focus is on creating a range of small-scale made-to-order artwork created individually for you. This takes time, as I'm sure you understand. It means that what you ask for doesn't happen overnight! But when you receive the artwork you have commissioned, it is made especially for you.
The range of artwork created so far includes:
Personal Items such as headbands, handbags, tote bags, fabric scarves, silk scarves, mobile holders and bookmarks;
Home and office furnishings such as table runners, placemats and wall hangings
Luxury items such as my pure silk stoles, are individually made to order. Each piece of artwork comes with its own certificate of authentication.
